This project is one of our landmark in our path of progress. Here we constructed four blocks of apartment for a total number 238 houses. All the blocks are having a basement parking . To reduce the drive ways and traffic around the building we have connected the basement of two blocks into a single basement with a connecting corridor. Fire fighting , STP, Stand by generator for each block, parks and children play areas are the highlights of the project. The houses are 2BHK and 3BHK types. This is the biggest residential complex in Pondicherry closer to the heart of the city, which is only about 2KM form the bus stand. Reticulated gas system was given to all flats

  • The entire boundary is safeguarded with 2 mtr height compound walls with 2 nos. of 15’ wide gates.
  • All Internal roads are concrete roads.
  • Necessary floodlights were provided for roads and security purpose.
  • Lift connected; inter-linked basement for car parking.
  • Each block has separate sumps and overhead tanks.
  • Semi-automatic lift - 6 passenger capacity 2 nos per block.
  • Roof of each block with garden, food dais, wash basin and toilets for smaller functions.
  • Acoustic enclosure Generator for back-up power to lifts flats and common area lightings.
  • Each flat have cooking gas through pipes in kitchen.
  • Each flat was provided with BSNL telephone connections with free intercom.
  • Fire fighting arrangements with hydrant valves and extinguishers in each floor and required quantity of yard hydrant with hose reel at ground level backed with heavy-duty pump and 150KL storage sump.
  • Rainwater harvesting was provided all round the boundary.
  • Covered solid waste disposal yard.
  • All the waste water is connected to a sewage treatment plant and the treated water can be utilized for gardening with a capacity of 60KL per day.

  • R.C.C. raft foundation with M 35 &M25 mix with Soil stabilization piles.
  • R.C.C. framed structure (basement + 6floors) M 25 concrete for Columns.
