This project is located in Kathirkamam town of Pondicherry. The site is located next the Indira Gandhi Medical college at Kathirkamam road. This project comprises luxury type flats of 30 numbers in a single block. It is having a basement for the car parking. It is of basement + 6 floors structure. We have provided two lifts and two staircases. 1BHK,2BHK and 3BHK types are given in a mixed manner.
