Sree Nivas Towers - HAC Circle
This is one of our very prestigious projects, situated in ARIYANKUPPAM town at ECR Pondy-Cuddalore road, which is less than 4 K.M from Pondicherry bus stand.Here we have about 322 flats of double and triple bedroom types placed in a 135000 sqft plot. The site is just on the ECR road in the east side and BYE-PASS road on the west boundary.

The road is a accessible and busy, catering thousands of houses nearby, and lot of tourists have to pass through this area for beach, temple and boat house. The bus stop of Ariayankuppam is only 100M

From this site. The commercial space is given in block A which is a seven storied gigantic structure and the total built up area including residential is about 110,000 sq.ft..

There are about 200 units completed in Block A&B and the people are expected to occupy their flats within the next few months, already 30 flats were occupied. Excellent security arrangement, street lights, dedicated transformers, storm water drains, rainwater harvesting, firefighting arrangements are already made and are in operation.
